Holger Bauer (he/him) | CEO, Professional Coach
Strong background in HR in various industries, company sizes and company stages, from start-up to corporation
Greatest interests: Leadership and development, culture and diversity
I joined Romeo in 2022 after a long search for a company culture that is really inclusive and focusses on people.

Murat Seyfi (he/him) | Chief Product Officer
Started out as Graphic Designer, worked as Head of Digital Creative at a well known fashion brand, joined Romeo in 2020
Murat was looking for a position with a lot of possibilities for growth combined with a product he deeply identifies with. Having an actual impact on peoples lives motivates him.

Paolo Merli (he/him) | Junior Backend Developer
Joined Erasys in April 2023
Paolo moves laterally from Project Management and Customer Care after finishing a BSc in Computer Science, moved from Italy to Berlin and is now involved from the first moment on in working on our legacy topics to prepare for the next steps in development.

Markus Pfeifer (he/him) | Chief Technical Officer
Longtime Manager in Tech and COO for various Tech Companies and Startups in NL and Germany,
he is author, from Southern Tirol, lived for a long time in the Netherlands and Spain, loves people and tech
