Tanya Sennikova (she/her) | Career Coach for Tech Professionals
In this talk, I share structured, practical approaches to navigating the job search in tech. Instead of broad advice, I focus on three clear frameworks job seekers can apply immediately.
I will walk through how to define what seekers actually want from a role and a company (and why “I'll take any job” weakens their position), how to build a detailed skill-base from past experience using structured reflection, and how to analyze job ads to understand what companies are truly looking for beyond listed requirements. I will also show how to adapt their CV in a focused, relevant way so hiring managers can quickly see their value.
This is a hands-on, tool-based session designed to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to the job search process.

Iratxe Garrido (she/her) | Technical co-founder, Duck Dating Apps
Co-founder and developer of Duck Dating Apps — a speed dating platform that brings people together again, face-to-face, not screen-to-screen.
I spent 7 years in cyber security, including building the security team at Axel Springer from scratch, before transitioning into software development two years ago. Turns out breaking things professionally makes you pretty good at building them carefully.
I also help run the WNB.rb community — managing the Discord and doing my best to keep it a genuinely safe and welcoming space for women and non-binary Rubyists around the world.
I've been building Duck Dating Apps with AI as a daily tool, part experiment, part hype, part necessity.
This talk is an honest rundown of what I've actually learned: the prompting habits that saved me hours, the ones that cost me more time than they saved, and the moments where I should have just written the code myself. What I use AI for, and what I don't.

Women in Tech e.V. is a cross-sector, non-profit association dedicated to promoting diversity in technical professions. We focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our contribution to a more equal and diverse society lies in encouraging girls and women in particular to pursue a career in technology and in facilitating dialogue.
Although we are called “Women in Tech e.V.”, we are by no means exclusively for women. We want to promote diversity and equality, and to include all genders in the process.
We are a local community in Berlin dedicated to empowering FLINTA (women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender) people to excel in their tech journey. We welcome engineers, software developers, data scientists, designers, product managers, career changers and other professionals in the tech industry. We are open to all tech stacks, programming languages and experience levels.
Our goal is to support you all to grow your careers, connect with like-minded people and feel welcome in tech.

The SHE/THEY Club is a Europe-based community for queer female* and non-binary* start-up founders and their supporters, providing network, knowledge and growth opportunities.
