Every year, our volunteers help to make our events unique and ensure that they run smoothly. For the upcoming Summit, we are looking for motivated, friendly and reliable people to support us in various areas (see below).
You will support us for up to nine hours – including a one-hour break, of course. In addition to a behind-the-scenes look of an iconic LGBTIQ+ event, you will also receive catering (including vegetarian/vegan options) and a free ticket to the after party.
Please fill out the form below. Once we have confirmed everyone’s assignments, we will invite you to a joint briefing call with the other volunteers. In this initial introductory meeting, we’ll tell you everything you need to know about your shift, working hours and locations.
We are excited to have you on board!
We need support in the following areas:
The registration and reception team is the first thing visitors see when they arrive. You are responsible for registering guests and distributing pronoun stickers. You are professional, welcoming and calm.
Ideal profile for this position is someone with good communication skills, a problem-solving mindset and affinity to technical devices such as tablets.
You actively approach visitors and ask them kindly to fill out a feedback form on a tablet. This feedback is important for the further development and improvement of our events.
This job is best suited for outgoing people who enjoy communicating. You should have good stamina and be in good physical condition, as you will be on your feet for quite some time.
In the position of the runner, spontaneity and flexibility are the most important requirements. You are adaptable, a quick learner, physically fit and able to easily slip into any role and provide support.
You will not only cover the breaks of the rest of the team, but also directly support the organisation team.
This task is interesting for anyone who would like to take a comprehensive look behind the scenes and thus gain a good insight into the processes and requirements of such an event.
As a dismantling assistant, you will be part of a hard-working team. You help dismantle physical elements such as furniture, signage and marketing material from the venue. You will need sturdy, closed-toe shoes and should wear clothing that can get dirty.
