The second talk is called “Coffee anyone? How to boost your team’s morale and improve your company’s culture” with Thomas Koch (he/him).

“After the Second World War the right to have coffee breaks at the work place was added to union contracts. Colleagues came together to share a cup of coffee in the morning, to mingle and talk.

Coffee has always been a social drink since the founding days of the first coffee houses of the Ottoman Empire. But how does the coffee break connect to our modern workplace values like inclusion, belonging, accountability, transparency and respect?

Find out how the coffee break can boost the morale of a team and how to establish the casual chat at the office coffee machine in a hybrid or even remote working environment. ”
